Will Apple accept iOS 6 app as of 8/10/2013 since iOS 7 is coming out in less than a month?

Will Apple accept iOS 6 app as of 8/10/2013 since iOS 7 is coming out in
less than a month?

If I submit our iOS6 compatible (not modified for iOS7 at all) app to
AppStore tomorrow (8/11/2013), will that be a problem?
We have never submitted to AppStore before and we have developed our iOS
app on iOS 6 and we have a bunch of customers doing pilot now using
TestFlight. We are in the process of figuring out iOS 7 compatibility
issues.
But things have changed 3 days ago. For strategic reasons, we have to put
our app on AppStore as soon as possible. Since the iOS6 App is ready to go
and the iOS 7 compatibility issues are not yet resolved and not likely to
be resolved soon, we can only submit our iOS 6 app.
The app looks very bad on iOS 7, UI is completely out of place. Lots of
text unreadable. It will look pretty bad if it gets tested on iOS 7.
